About Clayton


I’ve been a student/teacher of the fitness industry for the past 12 years. Keeping my body moving pain free is my highest priority. My passion for exercise and nutrition science energizes my body, mind and soul. I love the outdoors, running through the woods with my fur baby. After I’ve spent my body’s fuel, I’ll properly restore it with rest and the comforts of my home (including the couch and Netflix). I love to share my knowledge with others. I know the techniques I’ve learned can help people in all aspects of their life. One’s body is to be cherished and we should treat it that way. I also take risks and do things that may not be the best for my body, but those choices are taken in moderation. I hope to be able to move as long as I live and I strive to share that energy with those around me.

I’m a certified personal trainer through National Academy of sports and medicine. I currently train my clients online as well as gyms in the South Bay (Los Angeles County), California. My clients are diverse in age, life style, and goals. Strength and weight loss are the more common of the requested programming. Though exercise is important, I advice in nutrition as well due to the importance of recovery and optimal performance. I continue to learn, adapt, and overcome.
